  We have been storing our boat here for the past three years. The first year we picked up our boat for he season and there were burns deep into the upholstery of one of the seats. They fixed the problem. The second year the carpets were soaked through. We called and they offered no help or compensation for that. This year we knew something was wrong because our boat disappeared from the yard suddenly. When my husband called to inquire about where the boat was and what was wrong the employee stated, "It's all good" and we said that we would pick the boat up in a couple of days. Today we went and picked up our boat and there are two huge mold spots on the boat cover because they failed to install our support pole properly. The reason why the boat had been gone is because they allowed the rain to build up so much that it filled the boat with water so they places it in a tent to dry it out. The hitch is bent, signal lights aren't working, and now we just have to get it out on the water to see what else they have done to it. Please take your business somewhere else because this business and their employees have no consideration for other people's belongings or investments and will offer nothing but the poorest customer service.
